Are you holding a meeting or a presentation?
Decide which, and it may make the task of meeting invites more manageable.
In some meetings, organizers appear to invite a cast of thousands. Why not invoke the “two pizza rule” used by Amazon and limit attendees to no more than 8? This will make meetings bearable and speed up decision-making.
If someone doesn’t have a ‘speaking part’ or you need input and/or a decision from them, then they shouldn’t be at the meeting. Record sessions so non-attendees can read/view later what has gone on.
This approach ensures efficiency and keeps everyone focused.
