About the Cappuccino Club
Brewing something better
The Cappuccino Club was born from a simple truth: today’s workplace is a mess. Insecure contracts, AI creep, and corporate fads that change every few years. The new generation is expected to thrive in chaos—without mentors, without guidance, and without time to decode jargon or chase TED Talks and LinkedIn glory.
Our baristas? They’ve worked with big organisations. They saw the shift. And they started feeling sorry—not in a patronising way, but in a “this is a waste of human potential” kind of way. So they brewed something better.
In 2024, we shifted from helping organisations to supporting workers who are struggling to make sense of the digital world they are entering, or currently existing in. No long courses. No corporate fluff. People have families to support and bills to pay so no time to develop the latest fad promoted on Linkedin or Ted. We provide simple, quick nudges rooted in behavioural science, psychology, and the dignity of working life. We help people become better workers—and maybe, better citizens—one coffee break at a time.

A massive waste of human potential
The Cappuccino Club may not be able to revolutionize the corporate world, but we leverage our decades of collective experience to help younger folk navigate the digital workplace. Even seasoned workers feeling left behind by the digital shift are welcome to join us regularly.

While it might not transform your entire world, it could save you precious minutes each day, allowing you to focus on what truly matters in life.
Because smarter beats louder. And survival shouldn’t be the only skill you learn at work.
