The Bot that decides your future (apparently)

You’ve been working hard. Showing up. Saying yes. Learning fast.

You start wondering…

Should I reply faster?
Use more positive language?
Stop saying “quick question” 12 times a day?

Do I need to impress… the algorithm?

It sounds ridiculous – until you realise it’s already happening in small ways.

So what do you do?

You don’t outplay the bot.
You don’t try to become a machine.

You do something much simpler (and harder):

Stay human in a system that rewards patterns.

Build real relationships. Ask better questions. Be known for your thinking, not just your metrics.

Because here’s the truth:

A bot might influence your trajectory…
but it shouldn’t define your identity.

That’s your nudge.

Find a place where people – not just data – decide what good looks like.
